📋1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, browsing, or using any feature of the 33kd platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors who do not hold a registered account.

33kd reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage all users to review this page regularly for the most current version.

✅2. Eligibility

To create and maintain an account on 33kd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 33kd operates a strict 21+ age policy with no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have a pre-existing account on 33kd. Only one registered account per person is permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration and maintain this information up to date.

👤3. Account Registration

When you register with 33kd, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your account.

To comply with our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, 33kd may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. Accepted documents typically include:

• National ID card (NID) or passport issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of registered bKash or Nagad number)

💳4. Deposits and Withdrawals

33kd supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All financial transactions on our platform are processed exclusively in BDT. We do not accept cryptocurrencies or foreign currency payments at this time.

The following deposit and withdrawal conditions apply to all 33kd accounts:

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits may apply depending on the selected payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit whenever technically possible.
• 33kd reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal if fraud or money laundering is suspected.

All deposits must be funded from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing using third-party accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in automatic account suspension pending full investigation.

🎁5. Bonuses and Promotions

33kd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Each bonus offer is available to one account per person, per household IP address, and per device.
• A wagering requirement (rollover) must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier is specified per promotion.
• Bonuses expire within the time period specified in the promotional offer. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• 33kd reserves the right to cancel or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice if technical or operational reasons require it.

Players who attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus terms — including by opening multiple accounts or colluding with others — will have their bonus(es) voided and may face permanent account closure. 33kd uses automated tools and manual review processes to identify such behaviour.

🚫6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly forbidden on the 33kd platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account (duplicate accounts), whether under your own identity or a false one.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or hardware devices to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to launder money or finance illegal activities through your 33kd account.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit any platform vulnerability.
• Impersonating another person or using false identification documents to open or maintain a 33kd account.

🔒7. Privacy and Data Protection

33kd is committed to protecting the privacy of all registered users. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using 33kd, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We use SSL encryption on all data transmissions to protect your personal and financial information. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with licensed payment processors and regulatory authorities where legally required.

All content available on the 33kd platform — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, button icons, images, data compilations, and software — is the property of 33kd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use of 33kd content may give rise to a claim for damages or be a criminal offence.

⚖️9. Limitation of Liability

33kd provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33kd disclaims all warranties — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall 33kd, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any content. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

🛑10. Account Suspension and Termination

33kd may suspend or terminate your account, at its sole discretion, without prior notice if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any other applicable policy.
• 33kd has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity theft, or money laundering involving your account.
• You request voluntary self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming programme.

33kd reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be posted on this page with the date of last revision noted at the top. We resolve disputes in good faith through our customer support team in the first instance. Users who remain unsatisfied may seek independent resolution through a mutually agreed third-party mediator.
